In this session, we’ll introduce reference management tools. We’ll discuss what they are, how they can help you with your academic work, and how to choose one. We’ll compare 3 options: Zotero, Mendeley, and Endnote, and will provide a demo of Zotero.

By the end of the session, you will be able to:

• Identify a citation management tool that will work for you
• Get started with a citation management tool
• Explain the basic functions of citation management tools
