The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Athabasca University Graduate Students' Association will be held October 19th, 2026 at 5PM MT. The meeting materials will be posted here 14 days in advance of the meeting.

The AGM provides an opportunity to learn more about AUGSA’s work over the past year, review audited financial statements, and hear about upcoming plans and initiatives. Graduate students will also have a chance to ask questions and engage directly with Council members.

Door Prize: All attendees will be entered into a draw for a $25.00 Amazon Gift Card to encourage participation. All AU graduate students are encouraged to attend.
